Streszczenie: In this paper the specialized processors, their design flow and application in computer and cyber-physical systems were described. Reconfigurability in computer and cyber-physical systems design was considered. The Chameleon©C2HDL design tool that is intended for the specialized processors HDL-model automatic generation from the algorithm described in the ANSI C language was considered and evaluated. Based on this design tool, cloud design and production as a service tools were proposed. New methods for computing organization in reconfigurable computer and cyber-physical systems by giving for them the possibility of self-configuration due to the using of specialized processor automatic design tools were proposed.
