Streszczenie: ABSTRACT The positive social impact of organizations can manifest itself in diversity management. To achieve positive effects of diversity management, especially when dealing with gender inequalities, different employee perspectives should be considered. The chapter aims to determine the perception of gender diversity management in the workplace by men from Generation Y in two labor markets: Poland and Germany. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire among 407 Gen Y male employees. In general, although the same number of respondents in both countries is skeptical about gender-related diversity management, the results show men are barely involved in enhancing these practices. Poles feel more threatened by activities that support women in the workplace than their German counterparts. Men who have experienced discrimination approach practices supporting women with more caution, perceiving them as a greater threat. The results provide guidance to HR experts who implement diversity management in organizations.
