Dr Karolina Hosang (née Drabikowska) works in the Department of Applied Linguistics at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland. Her interests include phonology, historical linguistics, language contact, language variation and translation. She is the statistics editor of Linguistics Beyond and Within (LingBaW) – a peer-reviewed online journal, published by the Faculty of Humanities at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
