Judyta Dworas-Kulik, PhD is Associate Professor at the Department of History of the System and Law of the School of Law of the Johan Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland. Member of The Johan Paul II Catholic University Scientific Society, The European Society for History of Law, The International Law Association, The International Society of Family Law and Member of the Audit Committee of the Polish History of Law Society (2023-2027). Member of editorial committee of Annales of Juridical Sciences. In 2022-2024, the representative of the Dean of the Faculty Promotion. Graduate with a Master's degree in law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. She completed doctoral studies at the Johan Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2016 she obtained a doctorate degrees in law. She finished postgraduated studies on tax and tax law at the at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration and she also graduated from postgraduate studies on human resource management at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Johan Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2017-2018 she was practices law in kancelary and at the foundation and was supports people whose rights were violated. From 1 October 2017 employed by the Johan Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2018 - 2021 dr Judyta Dworas-Kulik has completed a research internship at the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine) three times - the total length of the internships were approx. around 5 months. She was Erasmus Professor in the Vilnius University (Lithuania), Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" (Bulgaria), Goce Delchev University (North Macedonia), Aleksandër Xhuvani University of Elbasan (Albania) and in the International University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). She has authored of several dozen scientific publications and papers delivered at national and international conferences. The national and international scientific conferences organizer and knowledge competitions on historical themes. for secondary school. Member of Selection Boards in competitions about legal knowledge. Dr Judyta Dworas-Kulik has been given the Rector's award for scientific, organizational activities and popularization of science two times. Her is areas of specialization include: history of selected institutions of matrimonial and family law, legal-penal protection these institutions. She also conducts research on selected aspects of banking law and international law , especially maritime law in the twentieth century.
