Streszczenie: The purpose of the article is to analyze the main aspects of electronic interaction between authorities, the community and business, which is an important tool for building partnerships between them and improving the efficiency of the government itself. To achieve the goal, the scientific research analyzed the development of e-government in Ukraine. Attention is paid to positive directions (increasing the use of electronic services of the government and increasing the public's awareness of their advantages, integration of electronic governance, reducing corruption and increasing citizens' trust in the government) and negative directions (limited access to the Internet, instability in the operation of electronic services, the existence of threats of hacker attacks and theft of confidential information). The problem, which is especially acute in public authorities of Ukraine, is the low level of awareness of employees regarding the use of information and communication technologies during the performance of their official powers. The obtained results of the analysis of the development of e-governance, in particular, state projects: "Electronic declaration", "ProZorro", "Electronic cabinet", "Action", "E-Tax", "Electronic medical record", made it possible to highlight the scientific novelty of this article, which is that the support of accessible, transparent, safe, electronic services will improve the quality of public services for individuals and legal entities, territorial communities and reduce corruption risks, which is positive in flows to improve the quality of provided services and strengthen relationships between the government, community and business. To overcome the problem of an insufficient level of trust in electronic services, the need for comprehensive targeted information support from the state, as well as explanatory and educational work with the aim of forming a positive assessment of citizens regarding e-government, understanding its goals, which first of all requires creating conditions for the effective functioning of electronic government, improving the efficiency of both technical and organizational actions of state authorities, is proposed.
