Streszczenie: Pedagogical innovation is a creative change in the didactic and educational activity of the school. Applies to the school’s program, methodology and organization. According to the standards of the current education reform, pedagogical innovation is the responsibility of every school, which should shape students’ innovative, entrepreneurial and creative attitude. The methodology for pedagogical innovation requires creative competence and commitment from teachers. In the case of a pedagogical experiment, cooperation with scientists and the permission of the ministry are additionally required. Innovation is a factor in the development of the school and effective service to the young generation.
