Streszczenie: The first clergy from Poland appeared in Argentina, in the middle of the 18th century. The first missionary from our country began their missionary service in this country at the end of the 19th century. In the 20th century, the number of missionaries working there increased. In 2017, 84 Polish missionaries and 29 missionaries were in Argentina. The article analyzes the characteristics of missionaries: diocesan priests and representatives of male orders, in terms of origin by dioceses and voivodships in Poland, age, number of years spent in missions, possible previous missionary experience, religious affiliation, positions held in dioceses or parishes and completed tasks missionary.
